Did You Miss Me??

Hi Everyone! Sorry its been so long since I've written a post for you. Its been a crazy couple of weeks. I caught a nasty cold from some baby at the library. I was sick an entire week. Along with that, I had 2 teeth breaking through, so I was not a happy camper. 

So much has happened. I went to the pumpkin patch and got my pumpkin. It was a fun day. We met up with Pap Rick, Gramma Bev, Uncle Rick, and cousin Kate. I got to play in hay and got a hay ride. Here are a couple of pictures from my day.

Today, Mummy took me to get my pictures taken in my Halloween costume. It was a lot of fun! I dont like wearing my hat though. I kept taking it off, so Mummy would try and trick me into keeping it on. It didn't work too well. Does she think I'm a clueless baby? Here are some of my favorites. (No, Mummy didn't buy all of them. She said I have 1st birthday and Christmas pictures coming up and she didn't want to spend a lot on these)

Aren't I so cute? I know I am. You dont have to tell me! I have to get Mummy or Daddy to upload the pictures of me carving my pumpkin! 

Sniffle Sniffle

I've caught a cold. Must have been one of those babies I was playing with at the library. My nose is all stuffed up and its dripping. I keep sneezing. To top it off, my top 2 teeth are going break though any day now. I can't sleep very well, and I'm in pain. :( Everyone can give me a virtual hug, I don't want anyone to get my germies. 

I'll post a blog about my day at the pumpkin patch sometime after I'm feeling better. For now, here is a sneak preview. :)

Ten Months Old

Playing Peek a Boo with Mummy

Holy Moly Guacamole! I'm in DOUBLE DIGITS now! Can you believe I've been on the outside for 10 whole months now? It feels like I was just inside the warm and cozy home of my mummy's belly. Only 2 more months until my BIG FIRST BIRTHDAY! 

Speaking of my 1st birthday, Mummy and Daddy have been working hard on planning my big bash. We went to the store and picked out different papers for my invitations. Mummy made me a tutu for my 1st birthday pictures. Its really pretty! I look like a little ballerina. Its brown and pink with sparkles! I'm not showing you yet, you'll have to wait until I wear it!

This past week, I've been walking along the furniture. Its my new trick. Daddy thinks I'll be walking before my birthday. I hope I don't let him down. But I know he'll love me no matter what. 

Tomorrow, we're meeting my cousin Kate, Uncle Rick, Pap Rick and Gramma Bev at Soergel's to get our Hal-a-ma-ween pumpkins. I'm excited! I haven't seen Kate in so long! I'll be sure to post some pictures of us in the pumpkin patch.

Leaving Me Behind

This weekend, Mummy and Daddy are leaving me behind. They said it would be better for me to stay home, so I could sleep in my own bed and play with all my toys. I'm not sure where they are going, but they said they wont be home until Sunday evening.
My Gramma Bev is coming to stay with me at my house. I've never been away from my parents for that long, but I'm excited that I get to spend some time with Gramma Bev.

Lately, I've been eating dinner with Mummy and Daddy. The other night I had perogies! They were yummy. I'm getting better at feeding myself with my hands. I haven't gotten the hang of using a spoon yet. I'll just let Mummy feed me until she tells me she's not going to anymore. I'm a princess. :)

I think I'm getting more of those things called teeth. I've been extra cranky the past week. Daddy thinks they're coming in on the bottom next to my other 2 teeth. Oh boy, I hate teeth. They hurt so much. I'm not a pleasure to be around at all.
